The hospitality industry has taught me that when we focus on being in full service of our customers we see results in our guest’s full experience, from that feeling of a satisfying meal to truly being taken care of and having that sense of being” home”.

This is what keeps them coming back, talking about you and increasing profits – a win win.

I’m on a mission to take that same secret sauce and hospitality experience inside every organization to show leaders that when they focus on their employee’s whole experience and lead from a human first approach, they too will become your biggest fans.

Bragging about the organization, the culture, improve performance and feel like they truly belong –and in turn, powering profit - your win win!


 

I BELIEVE EVERYTHING IS CONNECTED…WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

I have a personal connection and hold a special spot in my heart for every mid level manager, supervisor, and hands-on employee in the workplace that makes it all happen. You know who you are. The givers and doers, that despite the workplace dysfunction, operational frustrations and absent leadership, the job gets done, the customer gets looked after and the team pulls it off.

What I have seen over an over again, is how often this comes at the cost of individuals and teams feeling stuck and not happy inside the workplace, struggling to feel valued, heard and understood by the people at the top. That was me too, for many years in my career I was the one making it all happen despite all those struggles and deep desire to feel more connected and aligned to the organization’s values .

I know firsthand what it feels like to not feel supported or connected in the workplace. To not know where you fit in or belong inside the organization.

Having been coached and guided by some of the most incredible mentors in my life I learned how to navigate my way through these workplace challenges and leaders who micro-managed, gave very little direction and acknowledgement or were simply disconnected from the reality of those of us, who were deep in it. I understand your struggle and your complex devotion to still want to show up and care about what you do and how you do it, even if secretly you wish that leadership would do better.

Having been on the other side of this work, I also know this is not what we, as leaders and organizations strive for. Despite your best efforts as a leader, if you are not willing to look inside yourself first and embrace that you are in the business of hospitality it will cost you in relationships, authentic employee engagement, innovation and commitment.

As a Leadership & Mental Fitness Coach |Facilitator and Hospitality expert, I bring strategies to help change this disconnected experience for employees and leaders in all types of organizations.

Using the theory of hospitality along with my coaching, creative workshops and Positive Intelligence training. I will teach you how to power up each employees potential, have those difficult conversations, and how to bring a dose of hospitality inside the organization to nurture an authentic connection with your teams.
